Paul Hancock

Co-Founder/Co-Owner

After a long career in the IT industry, Paul Hancock founded We RV Champions with Michael Chapman in 2016. Prior to working in IT, Paul served 8 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.

As full-time RVers, Paul and his wife Shana are well-positioned to understand the needs of today’s RV community. With a desire to provide fellow RVers with a beautiful, safe, and relaxing camping experience, Paul and Michael purchased the first park in Tyler, Texas. Paul and Shana continue to play a hands-on role in managing their parks.

Michael Chapman

Co-Founder/Co-Owner

Michael Chapman has been in the high-tech sector for over 30 years. In 2016, he and Paul joined forces and created We RV Champions with the goal of owning several parks where they could use business acumen and customer service to meet the needs of the customers they serve.

Michael is married to his wife Debra, a United States Navy veteran and a father. He enjoys hunting and shooting and recently joined the RV family.

Keith & Janie Mansfield

Office/Maintenance Manager – We RV Champions of Tyler

Keith Mansfield has enjoyed being involved in every facet of swimming pool builds from the ground up for many years.  He is also versed in fencing, arbors, and patio cover builds. After retiring in 2016, he and his wife became full time RVer’s. He has been a Maintenance Supervisor, Certified Pool Operator and Aquatics Specialist for several RV Parks and is happy to be a part of the We RV Champions team!

Keith is a musician and enjoys playing guitar and loves entertaining with his wife Janie. He also loves to travel whenever possible.

Janie Mansfield retired from a long career  in Benefits Administration, Human Resources in Information Systems, Property Development as well as Restaurant Management. Customer Service has always been her specialty. She loves meeting people, and her motto has always been “Treat people the way you want to be treated”.

Janie loves to sing and enjoys performing alongside her husband. She also loves reading, traveling, and taking nature hikes.

Park Manager – We RV Champions of Rio Hondo

Steve is an experienced leader in operations management. For well over a decade, he has led teams across the nation in operational efficiency and positive revenue growth with a focus on customer experience. Steve is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and management of various Retail Operations.

Prior to joining We RV Champions LLC, Steve worked in the Retail industry leading large portfolios to success through team engagement and development, exceptional customer service, and a detailed focus on the financial aspects of the business. He began his career as an operations Manager and quickly progressed into additional roles and responsibilities. He led and oversaw acquisitions, due diligence, construction projects, capital expenditures, financial reporting, asset management, and team development. One of his proudest professional accomplishments is to be considered a mentor to the people within his organization.

Steve lives in South Texas with his wife Sonia. During his free time, he is an avid fisherman for his own bay fishing charter business and enjoy time with his children and grandchildren.
